We currently cover local service industries including roofing, construction, flooring, fire and water damage restoration, remodeling, electrical, and other home service trades. We're expanding to new industries regularly. If your industry isn't listed, reach out — we can likely cover it.

How quickly will I receive my report?
Most playbooks are delivered within 24 hours of purchase. For the Business Deep Dive (premium tier), delivery is typically 3-5 business days due to the custom analysis involved.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both the Market Playbook and Business Deep Dive are one-time purchases. You get your report, you own it, and there are no recurring charges. If you want an updated report later (markets change), you can purchase a new one at a returning customer discount.
What if my market isn't listed?
We can cover most local service markets in US metro areas. If you don't see your specific industry or city listed, email us at william@pxaintel.com and we'll let you know if we can produce a playbook for your market.
Where does the data come from?
All data comes from publicly observable sources including Google Business Profiles, review platforms, business directories, and competitor websites. Our Business Deep Dive tier adds deeper due diligence layers: BBB complaint records, OSHA safety inspection databases, state contractor licensing portals, county lien and judgment records, and corporate filings — producing derived intelligence like complaint-to-review ratios, lien risk scores, and business longevity cross-references. Every data point includes source attribution so you can verify it yourself. We do not access any private or proprietary data.
